Responsibilities - Responsible for Intercompany Period End Close for AMER Entities in Scope: Perform month end-close activities. Review, analyze and resolve out of balances between Intercompany entities. Issue resolutions - Intercompany Reconciliation: Prepare and review reconciliations of intercompany accounts. Reconcile intercompany account balances between entities to ensure transactions are properly recorded and eliminate any discrepancies. This involves comparing transactions recorded by different entities and resolving any differences or inconsistencies. - Timely Preparation and Execution of Intercompany Service Recharges and Accruals. - Prepare and Post Goods in Transit Accrual. - Prepare/Review GL Account Reconciliation in Blackline. - Oversee the work of BPO IC COE Team responsible for AMER Entities in scope. - Ensure GBS & BPO Interco RTR, PTP and ITC processes are incorporated and followed, updated and monitored for maximum efficiency. - Control and Compliance: Execute requirements for SOX controls and compliance reporting. Ensure all intercompany activities adhere to company policies and financial regulations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Oversee, coordinate and execute Transfer Pricing Adjustment Process (TP Accruals and Invoice Raising). - Support Internal and External Audit & Tax support with audit samples, transaction analysis & reconciliation. - Maintain Required Documentation: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Desktop Procedures, and Training Records. - Execute Process Improvements: Support Technology implementations and automations to streamline the efficiency and effectiveness of the AMER Intercompany Process. Participate in global projects, migrations, team projects. - Perform Other Operational Tasks Assigned by Supervisor Qualifications - English Proficiency is required (B2) - Degree in Accounting and Finance - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience required in finance or accounting.
