The purpose of this position is to schedule consultations and services for prospective patients or users with a member of our team. This is a full-time position. We are looking forward to filling this position as soon as possible. Responsibilities: • Use our system to call, email, and text our growing list of prospective users to pre-qualify them and schedule them for a consultation or services with one of our Team Members. Qualifications: • Experience as either a Customer Service Rep or Sales at a minimum, Call Center / Appointment Setting experience is preferred. • Have worked previously and have a quiet environment and dependable technology setup (Computer, Internet, Headset) to perform your work in. • Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach or method to fit the situation best; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. • Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles, measures self against standard of excellence. • Bilingual (English & Spanish) English level B2 • Full-time availability from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
