Support the Commercial Department in prospecting and consolidating business with the public sector, strengthening relationships with distributors through efficient management of bids and institutional market intelligence, and managing the brand's presence on social media — with a focus on LinkedIn. Main Responsibilities Public Bidding Support – monitor notices, prepare all necessary documentation, control deadlines, and monitor stages until the processes are closed. Institutional (Public) Market Intelligence – create and maintain a centralized database with detailed information on each bid (agency, modality, competitors, prices, status, and result), generating insights for future opportunities. Relationship with Distributors – act as the main point of contact, aligning commercial demands, providing guidance on bidding processes, and ensuring an agile and accurate flow of information. Indicator Management – prepare periodic reports on commercial performance, bidding status, and digital metrics to support leadership decision-making. Operational Commercial Support – prepare presentations, dashboards, and sales materials, ensuring brand consistency and updated data. Digital Communication & LinkedIn – manage the corporate page, produce strategic content, monitor engagement metrics, and integrate digital campaigns with sales actions. Mandatory Technical Skills Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent) – daily oral and written communication with international stakeholders. Experience in public bidding processes – reading notices, assembling folders, and monitoring phases. Data and project management — organizing databases, meeting deadlines, and focusing on results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media tools (especially LinkedIn). Additional Skills Clear, persuasive communication, adapted to diverse audiences. Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments. Collaboration and focus on building trusting relationships with distributors and internal teams. Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Academic Background Degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing. Advantage: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or related areas. Preferred Experience Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare segment. Experience in B2G (business-to-government) market analysis. Certification in Project Management (PMI, Agile or equivalent).
