Our global headquarters are in Athens and we are building our European headquarters in Amsterdam to attract the best talent in the world. **About the Role**: Develop Analytical Tools in order to monitor KPIs, evaluate trends and design the strategy to achieve User Excellence for passengers and drivers in our Marketplace. ***Main** Responsibilities**: 1. Develop scalable, data driven & innovative ways to improve the quality of our users in our marketplace. 2. Track user service quality and pain points through elaborated KPI´s, qualitative & quantitative insights, and passenger/driver insights. 3. Boost and develop a robust & sustainable Driver Loyalty Program. 4. Monitor & Anticipate to Safety & Fraud issues by implementing internal data points & checks. 5. Supervise the Driver Training Program (Strategy and Continuous Improvement) **Competencies**: - Technical skills: SQL (desired), Advanced Excel, Advanced English. - Functional Knowledge: At least 3 years experience in Analytical Roles (Overall 4-5 years experience). - Core competencies: Data Science/ Data Analytics/ Project Management, Negotiating skills, Effective communication, Problem solving, team building.
