What makes you a strong candidate: - You are proficient in Appointment management, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and sales. - English - Fully fluent. Responsibilities and more: We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fully remote team. This role offers a base salary of USD $1,000/month, paid weekly ($250 every Monday), plus USD $25 commission per booking. Commissions are paid monthly, on the second Monday of each month. Schedule: You’ll work full-time during U.S. business hours (9 AM–6 PM) in one of the following time zones: EST, CST, MST, or PST. Weekends are off. Your specific shift will be confirmed following an interview with the manager. - Proactively generate leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. - Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria. - Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and improve lead generation. - Accurately maintain and update records in our CRM system. - Set appointments and product demos for Account Executives to drive opportunities. - Consistently meet or exceed activity targets and booking quotas. - Career growth opportunities in a fast-paced, supportive environment. - Uncapped commission structure for high earners. - A collaborative and energetic remote team culture.
