This is a remote, project-based freelance role ideal for someone who thrives independently, delivers polished work, and is confident collaborating 1:1 with leadership. You’ll serve as our go-to design expert, responsible for transforming creative direction into high-quality visuals. From concept to final delivery, you’ll take ownership of design projects and contribute meaningfully to how Novik Group and its clients show up visually. • Develop visual assets for digital, social, print, and presentations. • Design branding materials such as logos, visual identities, and client decks. • Collaborate directly with the Director to interpret briefs and translate ideas into clean, professional designs. • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all visuals. • Revise designs based on feedback with a detail-oriented and flexible mindset. • 2+ years of proven experience in freelance or in-house design roles. • Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating layout, branding, and digital design. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva or Figma is a plus. • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly. • Professionalism, initiative, and a strong sense of visual storytelling. • Experience in designing for professional services or B2B environments. • Motion graphics or animation skills. • Understanding of content creation and design for LinkedIn or business-focused platforms.
