TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop an Omnichannel roadmap for a Bayer brand, considering the customer patient journey and the relevant stakeholders included in the buying process. Identify and prioritize relevant stakeholders in the omnichannel strategy, including HCPs (e.g., physicians, nurses), payers (e.g., hospitals, pharmacies, HMOs), patients, and the general public. Actively participate in the product team, serving as a trusted advisor to the marketing, medical, and access teams, ensuring the brand strategy encompasses an integrated customer engagement and experience. Develop and implement an omnichannel brand strategy, customizing the communication to different target audiences and activating the most appropriate channel for each customer. Define specific business objectives for different customer segments, optimizing Omnichannel performance and maximizing outcomes. Leverage global and regional content strategies and campaigns, ensuring the global communication plan is executed efficiently at a local level. Collaborate closely with relevant global and regional teams to evaluate and implement the communication plan and digital solutions that facilitate customer engagement aligned with brand objectives. Management of content, creative, and activation agencies for Omnichannel strategies, guaranteeing the execution and delivery of results according to them and being responsible for their proper functioning and administration. Share recommendations on enhancing customer experience, considering the segmentation of HCPs, patient behavior, KPI tracking, and omnichannel reports. Continuously monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. Provide strategic guidance and support the implementation of the Omnichannel plans, ensuring strict compliance with local guidelines. Establish KPIs and conduct periodic reviews with the content agency. Maintain current Bayer contracts and agreements with the content agency in accordance with Bayer policies and procedures. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a similar field. A relevant advanced degree is a plus. 3 years of customer experience activation, planning, and implementation of customer journey design, content creation, and digital marketing. Advanced English level. Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with strong influence and the ability to guide and inspire a team toward achieving ambitious objectives. A cross-functional team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Extensive knowledge in content generation and activation across diverse channels including but not limited to Sales Force calls, CRM platforms like Veeva, participation in congresses, social media engagement, mobile applications, website optimization, SEO and SEM strategies, digital advertising (ADS), and online brand development. Proficient in interpreting and analyzing reports, KPIs, and other data metrics. Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and data-driven decisions.
