Position o verview We are looking for a skilled creative designer to create content for our multi-lingual website s , PIM , and social media platforms. Working closely with the CX Delivery Manager , you'll collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social, brand, and e-commerce) to deliver high-quality design work and set the help set the design standards across the business. Main Responsibilities: Design high-quality graphics, images, and multimedia elements for digital platforms, including websites, campaigns, and social media, to complement editorial content. Create visually engaging assets for Business as Usual (BAU) updates and project-based initiatives led by category and corporate teams. Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce and edit graphics tailored for Optimizely CMS integration. Optimize images and multimedia for web use, balancing quality with load times and SEO considerations. Contribute to web content strategies by providing visual input for A/B testing, content audits, and design updates. Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce and edit graphics tailored for Optimizely CMS integration. Optimize images and multimedia for web use, balancing quality with load times and SEO considerations. Contribute to web content strategies by providing visual input for A/B testing, content audits, and design updates. Partner with Digital Content Editors to ensure visual content integrates seamlessly with text, enhancing readability, functionality, and user experience. Work alongside developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for web performance across devices. Coordinate with marketing and web delivery teams to align visual content with campaign objectives and brand messaging. Adhere to Convatec’s brand guidelines, ensuring all designs reflect the company’s visual identity and core values. Support content editors in maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across global digital platforms, adapting designs for diverse cultural and regional audiences. Assist in developing templates and reusable design assets to streamline content creation processes. Collaborate with content editors to analyze performance metrics (e.g., user engagement, click-through rates) and refine designs based on data-driven insights. Maintain an organized library of design assets and update style guides to ensure consistency in visual content production. Key requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design , Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years in graphic design , with a focus on digital content for web and marketing platforms. Highly desirable if having experience in agencies or startups. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools like Figma for creating web-ready visuals. In addition, familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) as a plus. Portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work, including web graphics and multimedia assets. Familiarity with HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers and troubleshoot design integration within Optimizely CMS. Proficiency in tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA to manage design projects, track deadlines, and communicate with team members. Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving abilities. Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering polished, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
