Business Operations Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to lead our team in creating a disruptive content platform for private markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end content production process, including quality assurance, and leading junior team members to foster growth through feedback and skills enhancement. About The Role You will lead a team to create a unique platform that helps investors, consultants, and corporate clients identify and track key industry players across geographies. This role requires strong entrepreneurial drive, meticulous attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in English. Responsibilities - Owning the end-to-end content production process, including quality assurance. - Leading and supporting junior team members to foster growth through feedback and skills enhancement. - Identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, analyzing, and presenting insights on high-growth companies. - Researching and screening PE-owned and privately held businesses from various sources. - Conducting interviews with industry specialists to gather sector insights and company knowledge. - Producing insights on market trends, financials, competitive landscape, and due diligence risks. - Assisting in product demos and business development activities, including client meetings. - Leading client feedback sessions. - Contributing to automating and scaling data collection processes. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management, economics, or related field. - 4-5 years of experience in Consulting or Strategy/Commercial roles. - Passion for building new products and excitement about the unknown. - Ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior industry executives. - Strong teamwork skills, especially in diverse teams. - Results-driven, capable of managing time effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. - Proficient in English.
