Job Description We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Revenue Operations Lead to own and optimize our commercial technology stack and drive operational excellence. - Own and optimize the commercial tech stack, including CRM, sales engagement tools, data enrichment, generative AI, marketing automation, contract management software, and quoting and billing systems. - Develop and manage reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing, sales, seller performance, product-market fit, and revenue generation. - Partner with the Sales team to improve sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity, focusing on the unique aspects of selling Veho's logistics solutions. - Work closely with the Operations team to enhance data accessibility and accuracy required for capacity planning, network strategy, and overall operational requirements to service prospective clients. - Lead cross-functional projects to implement new systems, processes, and initiatives that support Veho's growth objectives. - Develop, implement, and maintain Sales Operations policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency. - Provide training and support to team members on commercial tools and processes. - Champion automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance sales workflows. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Salesforce or HubSpot, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a self-starter mindset.
