Job Responsibilities Achieve organizational targets and goals. Develop and meet sales targets with OEM & Tyre Companies across India; responsible for selling solid tyres in the defined territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Ensure timely collection of payments and statutory forms. Set and meet micro-level targets for each customer and product. Map existing and potential customers and generate new leads. Drive year-on-year growth of the organization. Handle sales and marketing of existing and new products within the territory. Manage customer enquiries and contracts, maintaining accurate records. Support pre-sales activities, including quoting prices and preparing proposals. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals at the national level. Follow up with prospective customers and manage contract review activities. Review and clarify customer orders, ensuring understanding of requirements and resolving deviations. Amend and communicate contract modifications, maintaining records. Gather product requirements from potential customers and penetrate the market. Participate in trade fairs to promote brand and generate business.
