ResponsibilitiesManager, Employee Relations contributes to develop and lead implementation of Industrial/ Labor Relations strategy, conceptualize and deliver fair and high impact solutions to enable Business Managers to deal with Employee Relations issues effectively in line with business needs, HR strategy, industry best practices. Contribute to develop and lead Industrial/ Labor Relations strategy, including broad frameworks, solutions, organization design principles.Use structured approach to ensure delivery of Industrial/ Labor Relations initiatives and plans as per timelines and acceptable standardsEnsure and monitor trends, best practices and legislative requirements in Industrial/ Labor RelationsDesign and develop new and enhance existing initiatives and solutionsContribute to development of long term approach and build constructive relationships with Trade Unions, Social Partners, Work Councils, etc.Cooperate with senior management in long term collective contract negotiations including interpretation and administrationReview and assist resolve large scale disputes with business level impactImplement change management programs from Employee Relations perspectiveEncourage and support activities related to country risk assessment and risk managementRequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification+5 years direct union experience in South Korea or equivalent experience in ER/HRExtensive knowledge of local labor laws and practicesGood level of understanding around labor marketExperience to work at multinational and matrix organizationStrong team playerLanguage fluency both in Korean and English is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
