Key Responsibilities Collaborate on and lead complex technical projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Drive initiatives to improve code quality, workflows, and team best practices. Write automated tests and work closely with QA for solid and reliable code delivery. Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend and data teams, to deliver scalable and performant applications. Technical Requirements 7+ years of professional experience in Front-End development . Strong expertise with TypeScript and the React ecosystem (Next.js is a plus). Proficiency with CSS/SASS, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles. Experience with frontend performance optimization and monitoring tools. Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration patterns . Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines (Google Cloud Build, Codefresh). Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to anticipate business impact and technical risks. Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Education and Experience Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience). Proven track record of building and delivering high-quality web applications. Experience mentoring junior developers and influencing technical decisions. Fluent English is mandatory. General Qualifications Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken. Proactive, professional, respectful, and courteous communication. An entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative and resourcefulness to quickly identify problems, overcome challenges, and provide timely solutions. Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Ability to work remotely with headset/camera equipment, be responsive during working hours, have a quiet place to work, and maintain a reliable internet connection.
