NeoWork is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your main responsibility will be to improve and optimize internal systems and processes, aligning them with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of both business processes and technology, with the ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with IT and development teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements. Develop and maintain documentation such as process maps, user manuals, and training materials. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing systems and applications. Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with data visualization tools. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Own a computer or laptop with stable internet connectivity.
