About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Process and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and driving growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a passion for process improvement, and wants to make a meaningful impact. - Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to drive business growth. - Maintain and improve our tech stack, including ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zapier, and Waybook. - Create and maintain standard operating procedures across departments. - Lead internal initiatives like onboarding, training, QA, and hiring coordination. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or systems and process roles. - Experience owning or managing tools like ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Airtable, Zapier, Waybook, and Slack. - Confident building SOPs, wikis, and internal docs. - Strong sense of ownership and a desire to improve processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
