Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or systems and process roles. - Experience owning or managing tools like ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Airtable, Zapier, Waybook, and Slack. - Confident building SOPs, wikis, and internal docs. - Strong sense of ownership and a desire to improve processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
