Pricing Manager Role Pricing Managers in our organization leverage business acumen and finance expertise to develop pricing strategies that communicate value, influence client purchasing decisions, and build confidence in company products and services. - They contribute to business case development to assess the impact of strategic pricing recommendations. This role requires a BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Key skills include financial modeling, proposal structuring, agreements, sales excellence, and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage business, finance, pricing, and product knowledge to support proposal structuring and agreements. - Provide guidance and strategy options to Sales & Sales Excellence, Client Executives, service line management, and business development teams for financial modeling and pricing. - Develop, implement, and maintain pricing and related tools and capabilities to help stakeholders understand complex financial models and their applications. - Recommend and drive new product monetization approaches aligned with the overall business pricing strategy.
