We are rapidly expanding and committed to improving access to quality mental health services across the U.S. Responsibilities - Architect end-to-end data platforms, integrating structured and unstructured data across multiple sources and environments (cloud, on-premise, APIs, etc.) - Lead development and deployment of machine learning models that directly impact business outcomes (predictive analytics, personalization, risk scoring, NLP, etc.) - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into scalable data solutions - Establish data governance, security, and compliance best practices - Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval using technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar - Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time data streams, and ML pipelines Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and data architecture - Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and at least one other language (e.g., R, Scala, or Java) - Strong hands-on experience with data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect) - Proven experience in deploying ML models in production environments (MLOps, Docker, CI/CD pipelines) - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD or MS preferred) - Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks (HIPAA.) and industry standards - Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Benefits - Compensation Range: 2,000 per month, based on the individual's location, experience, qualifications, and applicable federal and state minimum wage requirements. - Access to educational resources and a supportive community of like-minded professionals.
