About the role - As a Payments Analyst, you will process refund requests from merchants across seven LATAM countries, ensuring compliance with each country's protocols. What you will do - Prepare payments accurately and promptly to businesses in LATAM (7 countries), following each country's protocols. - Support projects and initiatives within the payment team. - Monitor management indicators. - Manage tickets from businesses and internal customers. - Perform bank reconciliations (Bank vs Admin). What you need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or related fields. - At least 2 years of experience in financial institutions (banks), Treasury, or customer service areas. - Preferred experience with payment platforms, electronic payments, or fintech. - Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills. - Intermediate proficiency in English.
