Direct message the job poster from Flare BBDO Bogotá Job Title: Associate, Content Delivery Reports to: Director of Content Delivery Interacts regularly with: To be confirmed during the recruitment process As an Associate in the Content Delivery team at Flare BBDO, you’ll be a key player in supporting project execution through seamless coordination, asset delivery, and quality assurance across multiple campaigns. You will be responsible for executing essential administrative and operational tasks that keep projects on time and on track. From opening POs to managing QC/QA workflows, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Assist the Content Delivery team in coordinating workflows to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met. Support with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining timelines. Manage purchase orders (POs), process invoices, assign Campaign IDs (CIDs), and create asset taxonomies. Perform QC/QA checks for subtitled and SRT assets before final delivery. Track and communicate project status updates to internal stakeholders. Identify risks or delivery delays and escalate to the Director of Content Delivery. Maintain well-organized documentation and asset libraries. Provide general support across the Content Delivery team as needed.
