About the position Join our team as a Revenue Growth Account Executive, where you'll be at the forefront of negotiations focused on maintaining and growing the company's revenue base. Your primary goal will be to maximize customer value and drive revenue expansion by proactively identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals. Leveraging your consultative approach and deep understanding of customer needs, you will implement tailored strategies that enhance product adoption, optimize customer investment, and ensure long-term retention. The Revenue Growth Account Executive plays a crucial role in helping customers extract the full value of our solutions, ensuring that they recognize and act on opportunities to enhance their usage. Your primary focus will be proactively engaging customers to drive business expansion and secure renewals, guiding them to new features, additional services, and customized solutions that align with their evolving needs. As a Revenue Growth Account Executive, you will build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, manage contract renewals proactively, identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Operational teams. You will monitor customer engagement, anticipate potential churn risks, and implement initiatives that boost customer satisfaction while driving business growth. Your main responsibilities - Proactively identify and execute expansion opportunities, including upsells, cross-sells, and service enhancements. - Own and manage the contract renewal process, ensuring smooth, on-time renewals while reinforcing the value of our solutions. - Engage with customers regularly to ensure they are maximizing the value of their investment and have access to the full range of relevant solutions. - Partner with Customer Success to track product adoption and usage trends, ensuring clients are aware of additional features and services. - Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer retention and increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR). - Anticipate and mitigate churn risks by identifying warning signs and taking proactive action. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product) to refine go-to-market strategies for customer expansion. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM to ensure a streamlined and insightful approach. Success Metrics: - Net Revenue Retention (NRR) % - Upsell & Cross-Sell Revenue Growth - Renewal Rate % (On-Time & Successful Renewals) - Customer Engagement & Adoption Rates - Customer Expansion Pipeline Growth Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Education and Experience: - Advanced English; - A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, account management, business development, or revenue growth; Skills and Abilities: - 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, revenue expansion, or a related field; - Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals within an existing customer base; - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to secure renewals and expand contracts while reinforcing value; - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead strategic business conversations and QBRs; - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and identify expansion opportunities; - Revenue-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of customer lifetime value (LTV) and net revenue retention (NRR); - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales, customer success, and product teams to align on revenue growth strategies; - Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), revenue intelligence tools, and customer engagement platforms; - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
