This is a unique opportunity to support a high-impact organization focused on critical infrastructure projects across North America. What you'll do: Recruit for technical and skilled trades roles within the power/utility sector. Focus exclusively on contract staffing (no direct hire roles). Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and timelines. Source, screen, and present qualified candidates with urgency and precision. Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer negotiation. Maintain strong communication with candidates and clients to ensure seamless placements. Be well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level. Have 1-2 years of proven experience recruiting in the Power, Utilities, or Energy sectors in the US, especially transmission and distribution roles. Have a track record of successfully placing contract workers, ideally within union or skilled labor environments. Possess a deep understanding of the dynamics and urgency involved in technical and trade recruitment. Be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Be tech-savvy and comfortable working with ATS and sourcing tools.
