Job summary The Client Onboarding Analyst role has the responsibility of providing operations, onboarding, reporting, documentation handling and client assistance to Financial Institutions and Financial Advisors. Responsibilities - Review account opening documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. - Interpret and implement custodian-specific requirements for account setup. - Maintain and update internal procedures based on custodian changes and regulatory updates. - Communicate account opening requirements and updates clearly to advisors and stakeholders. - Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or documentation issues promptly. - Documentation preparing or tracking status of documentation and following until completion. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or related field preferred. - Requires a minimum 1 year to Maximum 3 years of Broker Dealer or Banking experience. - Excellent attention to detail, self-started and driven. - Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize. - Customer service attitude, team player and proactive. - Ability to work under pressure and time bound projects. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Knowledge in the operation of laptops/desktops and Microsoft platforms/software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). - Bilingual (English/Spanish).
