Job Summary Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the automotive spare parts portfolio and internal KPIs to identify business opportunities, cost reductions, and market trends, ensuring product competitiveness. Also responsible for developing and launching new business plans for the dealer network. Responsibilities Lead incentive programs and commercial plans for the dealer network. Implement new commercial plans to stimulate sales. Develop business cases based on pricing and demand analysis. Study vehicle maintenance baskets including mechanical, collision, and corrective services. Improve purchasing and ordering processes with suppliers. Negotiate purchase orders for tires, batteries, accessories, oil, etc., maintaining a competitive product portfolio. Monitor and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry. Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, Mechanical), Management, International Trade, or related fields. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
