Key Responsibilities - Source and secure reliable carriers for available loads through internal tools and freight platforms. - Negotiate competitive rates and build long-term carrier relationships. - Track shipment progress and resolve in-transit issues promptly. - Ensure clear, professional communication with internal teams and clients. - Meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs and commission goals. - Contribute to team success through proactive collaboration and feedback. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, or related fields (preferred). - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, logistics, or transportation. - Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). - Availability to work Friday through Tuesday (Wednesdays and Thursdays off) .
