Job Description Role Summary: A Guest Service Agent plays a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for guests from check-in through check-out, ensuring seamless transactions and complete audits. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently resolve guest queries in a timely manner. - Provide an outstanding reception experience, including check-in/check-out and audit procedures. - Maintain open communication with the Guest Service Manager regarding guest feedback and interdepartmental collaboration. - Promote high-quality customer service at all times. - Participate in required training sessions and support Night Team's development efforts. - Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and product offerings. - Maximize room occupancy by utilizing up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. - FOLLOW Hotel Credit Policy guidelines for foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash transactions. - Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, health, and safety legislation. - Follow company brand standards and policies when using front-of-house equipment and property management systems. - Collaborate with other departments as needed.
