Job Description Global Snapshots are highly profitable Ad hoc multi country back data reports. They generate > $ 47 million revenue worldwide, with 80% margin, growing over the last years. For many of the over 500 global and local clients, Global Snapshots are their only market data source and steppingstone to wider Nielsen services. Snapshots are quick (5-10 days) turn-around deliveries. The Global Client Engagement Associate (GCE) is the key operational contact for clients and Nielsen countries worldwide, working on the design and management of the production and delivery of the multi-country Ad hoc reports. The GCE ensures the reports optimally combine client needs and existing data sources. Good project design with appropriate set-up is crucial for good quality and on time deliveries. The Global Snapshot Executive is the local expert on Fast Moving Consumer Goods in their designated country with knowledge of markets, categories and databases. Their main task is to work with GSCEs and Global Production associates to provide local country data inputs and insights for snapshots. Job Responsibilities - Maintain an overview of local data sources and rules applying this to client requests and advising on suitable solutions using your detailed knowledge including any limitations on the scope of the request. - Respond to requests in a timely manner within agreed lead times. This includes preparing and sending data to production colleagues for ad-hoc reports and providing local expertise to GCEs during project scoping exercises. - Validating global quotes and ensuring prices charged are in line with local policy. - Using local expertise to answer client queries on delivered data leveraging a network of contacts around the local business as appropriate. - Act as liaison between local country and Global Snapshot team communicating universe updates to the Snapshot team and raising any issues around data quality with the local coding teams. - Work on process and service improvement to bring efficiency, productivity and flexibility in global snapshot team. - Maintain vital tracking documentation on a regular basis. - Participate in events within the wider department and act as ambassador for the snapshot team within the local country. - Back up within the Global Snapshot team providing support to the production and ISC teams to cover periods of holiday and/or illness Qualifications Requirements - From 6 months to 3 years of work experience in commercial and reporting areas - Advanced English level (written and spoken -B2 or C1 mandatory) - Proven Client facing skills in representing complex operational processes in a simple and open manner - Excellent analytical and numerical reasoning skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and tools (Excel, PowerBI). - Ability to communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders within and outside GDD Production team, - Ability to communicate and work with associates at all level in the organization - Excellent administrative and organizational skills to track the status of Ad Hoc reports production and delivery - Ability to handle multiple, competing deadlines managing expectations where appropriate - Confidence to recognize when escalation is required to avoid a late delivery and client disappointment - Problem solving and presentation skills - Experience in a multi-country role/environment - Expertise and experience within the field of fast moving consumer goods - Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Additional Information What We Offer - Personalized career development opportunities within NielsenIQ. - Access to a global mentoring and recognition program. - Opportunity to work in a diverse, global, and multicultural environment. - Meal voucher benefit. - Short Fridays – start your weekend early!
