**RESPONSIBILITIES** - Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and drivers for secure transportation missions, including personnel movements, equipment transfers, and cargo shipments - Assign vehicles and drivers to specific missions and routes, taking into account factors such as vehicle type, capacity, security requirements, and driver qualifications - Monitor the progress of transportation missions in real-time, tracking vehicle movements, maintaining situational awareness, and responding promptly to any incidents or deviations from the planned route - Coordinate with security personnel to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures during vehicle operations, including vehicle inspections, access control, and threat mitigation measures - Provide logístical support and assistance to drivers and passengers as needed, including coordinating vehicle maintenance, fueling, and repairs, and resolving any operational issues or emergencies - Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including mission logs, vehicle usage reports, and incident documentation, using computerized systems or manual records **QUALIFICATIONS** - 10 years related experience - English professional fluency strongly preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English. - Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance - Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check - Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record for the last three years - Must maintain a good driving record - Effective oral and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion - Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment **WORKING CONDITIONS
