**Project Summary**: This five-year Third-Party Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E;) Project will establish increased access to independent, impartial information on the outputs, progress, quality, challenges, and successes of selected humanitarian assistance projects. This project will provide a comprehensive range of verification, monitoring, and evaluation services that will improve the quality of programming, allow for real-time program adjustments, and increase accountability to beneficiaries. The project will confirm that assistance is addressing the urgent needs of target beneficiaries by conducting monitoring that applies Do No Harm approaches and cognizant of the trauma suffered by recipients. ***Please note: Only **Colombian** **citizens are eligible for this position. ** **Position Summary**: The Data Quality Assessments (DQA) Consultant will work under the supervision of the Deputy Director of the program and in coordination with the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and Analysts, in conducting DQA of previously selected indicators and implementers of humanitarian assistance activities. The DQA Consultant will participate in all activities that comprise the standard DQA methodology in accordance with ADS 201 on data quality standards as well as the evaluation of the capacity of the information systems of the implementers to collect, analyze, and report the progress of the activities through the indicators. **Responsibilities**: - Participate in meetings with the team to understand the objectives and activities of the program, the monitored sectors, the type of activities, the geographical areas, and the implementers. - Appropriate the proposed and approved work plan for carrying out the DQAs. - Conduct a review of implementers' support agreements. - Support the coordination of the work sessions with the teams of the implementers including the Chief of Party (COP), Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP), and M&E; Specialist. - Perform desktop review of AMELP documents, Indicators Tracking Table (ITT) and semi-annual progress reports. - Identify all the other supporting documents required to carry out the DQA and that must be requested from the implementers. - Attend the virtual and/or in person work sessions with the implementation teams and ensure that the information required to complete the DQA is obtained. - Socialize with the work team the preliminary results and conclusions of each of the DQAs that are being carried out. - Prepare the DQA report corresponding to each of the indicators assigned to evaluate. - Share with the team the draft of each report and later the final version. - Participate in meetings with the team, implementers, and BHA determined by the COP or DCOP. - Adopt a knowledge management strategy that documents the experiences of the DQAs by each of the implementers. **Perfil de la Compañía**: **Resumen del Proyecto**: Este Proyecto de Monitoreo y Evaluación de cinco años fomentará un mayor acceso a información independiente e imparcial sobre los resultados, avances, calidad, desafíos y éxitos de los proyectos de asistencia humanitaria seleccionados.
