Advanced English language skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and establish key distributor relationships across LATAM, prioritizing Colombia and surrounding countries. 2. Source and manage reliable distributors that supply infection prevention solutions to hospitals. 3. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets. 4. Closely monitor and manage distributor performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives. 5. Maintain strong connections with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including hospital procurement teams and regulatory bodies. 6. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regional regulatory changes. 7. Regularly report sales performance and business development progress to senior management. 8. Travel frequently across LATAM (up to 80% of the time) to visit distributors, clients, and attend industry events.
