As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** To be a technical facilitator for the commercial and customer service areas of the company, through the definition of the placement strategy for multi-line business (new new, new additional or renewal). - Definition of the placement strategy: Alignment with the Customer Service and Commercial areas, on the coverage needs for our client's insurance programs and subsequent coordination with the placement team. - Consolidation of information for quotes and market diagnosis: Contact and negotiation with key insurance companies for the placement process of each of our clients. - Quality control of quotations and offer construction: Validation of compliance with the deliveries made by the Technical Managements in order to guarantee the commitments with our clients. - Business monitoring and management reporting: ability to manage the data resulting from the placement processes and maintain visualization tools for timely decision making. - The position is responsible for all documents of the Quality Management System, associated to its process and for the issuance of the established management indicators. **How this opportunity is different** - Aon offers you work flexibility with a hybrid methodology, you can work from the comfort of your home as in the office where you will meet a team that lives in a warm and friendly working climate.
