Descripción Lead and manage all aspects of the payroll function within the organization. Ensure the accurate processing and recording of the company's payroll. Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements. Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner. Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports. Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed. Direct the preparation of payroll related documents. Perfil buscado (h/m) The successful Payroll Lead should have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency (ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken form). Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, including at least 1 year leading or mentoring others. Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law, tax regulations, and social security systems. Advanced Excel and experience with payroll software (ideally Novasoft) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Qué Ofrecemos Salary of COP per month.
