Job Requirements As Revenue Manager, you are responsible for analyzing and presenting financial and demand-based data to assist the Commercial Team and Senior Executive Team in making informed decisions about potential new business and market trends. This position reports directly to the Director of Revenue Management. The primary goal is to support the commercial team by monitoring group and transient business thresholds within a specific forecast period to ensure measurable improvements in demand and availability. You will provide critical analysis of the impact of short-term decisions on occupancy, average rate, and rooms profit goals. What will I be doing? Manage and lead the Reservations Team in daily operations. Ensure accurate data collection and analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Analyze strategies, room statistics, and demand factors critically. Prepare and maintain a market segment outlook in collaboration with your leader, monitoring actual results against forecasts. Complete and analyze month-end reports. Contribute to developing, monitoring, and adjusting sales and pricing strategies. Identify risks and opportunities related to room and guest room availability for weekly meetings. Ensure team members are knowledgeable about relevant processes, policies, and promotions. Manage reservation team performance in line with company policies. Recruit, train, and develop Reservations Team members. What are we looking for?
