As a Wireless Network Engineer at AspenView, you will design and implement reliable, secure, and high-performance wireless environments that enhance user experience and support business growth. - Design and implement wireless LAN solutions using Juniper Mist, including access points, switches, and cloud controllers. - Configure, deploy, and manage wireless infrastructure across multiple sites, ensuring optimal performance and coverage. - Leverage Mist AI and Marvis Virtual Network Assistant for proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of wireless networking concepts, cloud-managed infrastructure, and AI-driven network optimization. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to integrate wireless solutions into broader network architecture. - Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity, performance, and authentication issues. - Develop and maintain detailed documentation for network designs, configurations, runbooks, and change procedures. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience designing and supporting wireless networks, with hands-on experience in Juniper Mist deployments. - Strong knowledge of WLAN standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF fundamentals, and wireless security protocols.
