As an IT Consultant, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that interacts with global clients, provides technical support, documents solutions, and ensures a great user experience. Responsibilities As a member of our team, you will: - Take on a wide variety of tasks involving client interactions. - Listen to client issues, document them, and coordinate a timely resolution. - Work across a diverse set of computers, devices, servers, and applications. - Diagnose and resolve desktop, software, and network problems related to functionality, connectivity, management, and monitoring, as well as other software and hardware issues. - Document solutions and procedures in detail. Qualifications - Fluency in English is a must-have for this role, with a minimum requirement of C1 level proficiency. - At least one year of experience in the field of IT. - Strong customer service skills. - Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users in English. - Solid knowledge of operating systems, desktop applications, email clients, and basic networking. - Ability to manage and track a variety of technical and administrative tasks simultaneously. - High attention to detail. - A valid passport is required.
