We combine traditional management consulting with our rich data assets and in-house technology to provide our clients with strategic insights and recommendations. These services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. While specializing in the payments industry, Mastercard Services also works closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights from within and beyond its network. Make an Impact as a Senior Managing Consultant and Authorizations & Fraud Subject Matter Expert As a Senior Managing Consultant and Fraud subject matter expert, you will be a trusted client advisor, leading or advising on Fraud client engagements. You will lead engagement teams to deliver insights and project outcomes. You will provide industry expertise, identify solutions, and guide the team to business-focused recommendations that add value to clients. Responsibilities include managing mid- to senior-level client relationships, engaging proactively in client agendas, and managing relationship risks. You will mentor junior team members and contribute to Mastercard’s knowledge base and best practices.
