Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and resourceful virtual assistant to support day-to-day administrative responsibilities across three client projects. You’ll be assisting in fulfillment management, email drafts, scheduling, and more. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who takes initiative, asks questions when clarity is needed, and looks for gaps to solve. You should be a critical thinker who sees beyond just completing tasks—you’ll help ensure each outcome aligns with broader project goals. Flexibility, adaptability, and openness to feedback are essential traits, as the day-to-day may vary. You’ll be working collaboratively with the CEO but should be able to manage your workload independently with a clear sense of ownership and accountability.
