Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding across all departments, hiring for various functions (sales, operations, corporate) and levels (junior to director), with a strong focus on the US market. International recruitment experience is a plus but not required. Sourcing & Talent Pipelines: Proactively source and build a network of top candidates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for both current and future needs across all departments. Employer Branding: Enhance our company’s presence on platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, and social media to position us as an employer of choice. Collaborate on improving our careers page and other recruitment marketing initiatives. Onboarding Excellence: Oversee all aspects of onboarding, including background checks, technology setup, and welcoming new hires through announcements and team introductions. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance motivation, productivity, and team connections, contributing to a positive workplace culture. Follow-Ups: Conduct 30-60-90 day and 6-month check-ins with managers and new hires to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and long-term fit. Data & Tracking: Manage team referral bonuses and other recruitment-related tracking to ensure processes are streamlined and efficient. Employee Engagement Engagement & Retention Initiatives: Assist in developing and supporting employee engagement programs that enhance motivation, productivity, and team connections. Performance Support: Light involvement in performance follow-ups and check-ins, ensuring new hires align with expectations and helping managers track progress. Culture & Workplace Experience: Collaborate on initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture, ensuring that our values are reflected in day-to-day operations. HR Projects: Perform additional HR-related projects as needed, including internal audits or assisting with ongoing improvements to employee experience strategies. What We’re Looking For: Proven Recruitment Experience: 2+ years of experience hiring across multiple departments and levels (junior to director). US/Global Hiring Expertise: Solid experience recruiting within the US market. Experience in international recruitment is a plus but not required. Perfect Communication Skills: Must speak and write fluent, professional English to effectively communicate with global candidates and team members. Relationship Focused: Ability to cultivate long-term candidate relationships, ensuring future alignment with company needs. Engagement & Retention: Experience developing programs that drive employee motivation, productivity, and team engagement. Tech-Savvy & Innovative: Proficient in leveraging technology and HR tools in creative ways to improve recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize candidate engagement. Able to think outside the box to implement innovative solutions that support both recruitment and employee experience. Strategic & Organized: A detail-oriented problem solver who balances immediate recruiting needs with long-term talent planning.
