Join us. **Job Description** Position Overview**: **The responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Lead project planning, execution, and closure phases, ensuring all deliverables meet internal quality standards. - Develop and manage project schedules and resource allocations to optimize efficiency. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including global AECOM offices and team members, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. - Implement risk management strategies to address potential project challenges. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and internal clients. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. - Ensure compliance with AECOM’s internal standards and operational guidelines. **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, + 8 YORE of experience in project and/or design management within the construction or infrastructure sectors. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Fluency in English and Spanish. **Additional Information** Preferred Qualifications**: - At least 10 years of general experience and 4 years of experience in project and/or design management within the construction or infrastructure sectors. - Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent). - Experience working with international teams and projects. - Familiarity with AECOM’s internal processes and standards. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
