Seeing our employees happy and comfortable is one of our top priorities. - Location: Salvatech - Colombia Remote - Environment: Colombian and International Teams - Language: English – Advanced - Full-time / Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time **Role Summary** The Chief Marketing Officer will develop and execute a comprehensive digital-first marketing strategy across our four brands. This person will build a marketing team from the ground up, hire key roles, and oversee all lead generation, branding, messaging, and performance marketing efforts. This role requires a strong leader who can drive strategic marketing growth, brand positioning, and digital innovation—including leveraging AI-driven tools to optimize marketing performance. While this role will not oversee revenue directly, success will be measured by the volume and quality of sales-qualified leads (SQLs). **Responsibilities** - Develop and execute a multi-brand marketing strategy tailored to each brand's unique audience while maintaining consistency in messaging. - Own brand positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation and clear communication of our value propositions. - Build and manage a high-performing marketing team (up to 10 people) responsible for digital marketing, creative, content, and demand generation. - Oversee the optimization of marketing spending across paid media, content, SEO, and technology investments. - Identify and implement AI-driven tools to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization. - Drive lead generation programs across SEO, PPC, paid media, retargeting, and social media advertising to increase inbound SQLs. - Develop a data-driven content marketing strategy, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content. - Oversee website optimization (CRO, UX, SEO) to improve engagement and conversion rates. - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and audience engagement. - Ensure compelling brand storytelling across all channels (website, ads, email, social, and sales collateral). - Lead creative and content strategy to improve engagement across our digital platforms. - Work with sales to develop high-impact messaging, graphics, and sales enablement materials that align with our customer journey. - Identify and integrate AI tools for automation, personalization, and data-driven marketing. - Optimize Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, automation, analytics, and AI tools) to improve lead nurturing and tracking and customer journeys. - Leverage AI-driven predictive analytics and audience segmentation for better targeting. - Collaborate with the CEO & leadership team to align marketing strategies with business objectives. - Support trade show planning by providing marketing assets, digital campaigns, and branding support (but not attending). - Gradually build a bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring the right messaging and creative assets support the sales process. - Lead Generation: Increase sales-qualified leads (SQLs) month over month. - Brand Awareness: Improve web traffic, engagement, and social media growth. - Marketing Efficiency: Optimize marketing spend for high ROI. - Conversion Rates: Increase lead-to-customer conversion through digital strategies. - AI Adoption & Innovation: Successfully implement AI-driven marketing optimizations. **Qualifications** - 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B digital marketing. - Proven track record in lead generation, performance marketing, and SEO. - Strong expertise in multi-brand management and strategic messaging. - Experience in hiring and scaling a marketing team. - Strong understanding of AI in marketing, automation, and MarTech tools. - Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and conversion rate optimization. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking. **Preferred Qualifications (but Not Required)** - Experience in industrial or modular construction markets. - Background in international remote team management.
