Role OverviewConsultant, Advisors Client Services, Data & ServicesMastercard Data & Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations. Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets and in-house technologies to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and finance. The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Performance Analytics, Strategy & Transformation, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Project Management. Our Performance Analytics consultants use AI, Machine Learning, and BI platforms, develop cutting-edge insights and products for our clients using Mastercard, customer, and third-party data assets. Contribute to developing analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value. Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand client needs, agendas, and risks. Develop and maintain working relationships with client analysts and managers, acting as a trusted partner. Team Collaboration & CultureCollaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare presentations, and deliver recommendations.Independently analyze data to identify trends, issues, and anomalies, and synthesize findings. Lead internal and client meetings, contribute to project management, and develop the firm’s intellectual capital. Receive mentorship from analytics leaders for professional growth and development. QualificationsBasic qualificationsUndergraduate degree with experience in data and analytics, working on BI or analytics projects. Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders. Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize findings. Proficiency in data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS). Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication in English and the local language. Eligibility to work in the applying country and for required travel visas. Preferred qualificationsExperience analyzing large datasets and providing recommendations using descriptive analytics and BI tools. Experience managing tasks or workstreams collaboratively.
