Deliver online training sessions on our legal solutions and Vincent AI. Provide non-technical support and escalate requests to the appropriate teams. Collaborate with the Account Managers team to ensure an outstanding user experience. What are we looking for? A professional background in Law is preferred, but we welcome candidates from other relevant fields. 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
