If you are interested, see if you match with the following requirements for the position of Nearshore Business Development Executive with Keyrus: **Location**: Colombia (Bogotá or Medellín) * Role & Responsibilities: * - Integrate into the operation processes and promote continuous interaction with operation leaders within Keyrus US, Canada and LATAM, and understand the challenges of staffing of the business in each region. - Serve as a proxy between the LATAM consultants and the US/CA Operations Team. - Monitor sales and bridge clients/operation needs with the Recruitment Team. - Calculate the profitability of operations. - Report directly to Management. * Essential Qualifications*: - Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology, or equivalent technical experience. - Minimum 3+ year of related experience in a Sales or Management consulting role, working with clients - Hands on technical data experience - Tableau/Talend/SQL/Salesforce - English communication skills (Advanced) - Good communication skills to be integrated to Keyrus US processes - Good organization, leadership, estimations and planning skills * Desirable Qualifications*: * Experience working with the US Join Keyrus Digital team to work with global customers on innovative Digital ecommerce projects!
