Job Title: Benefits Delivery Specialist About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to support our benefits and wellbeing programs for global teams. As a Benefits Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for operational and administrative aspects of our benefits delivery. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure our programs are delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of all benefits programs including group health, dental, vision, life insurance, business travel accident, retirement plans, etc. - Ensure local programs are implemented and partnered with HRBPs and other groups on ongoing administration and delivery. - Provide analytical support on benefits projects and programs, and assist with special projects as assigned. - Maintain and update internal knowledge base with current information such as application periods and educational materials. Requirements: - Experience with benefits operations/delivery, including management of third-party providers and contracts - Computer proficiency and technical aptitude, including ability to use Excel and HRIS systems - Demonstrated success handling employee inquiries in accurate, timely fashion - Able to maintain strict confidentiality as required - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment Benefits: The role offers a dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunities to make a real impact within a growing team.
