Join us in shaping our future-and yours. **Role reports to**: GERENTE DE PROJETOS **Location**: Latin America, Colombia, Valle del Cauca, Cali **Work Location**: Hybrid **What you will do** The Role is part of the IMO Team and is responsible for leading regional projects such as: New Product Introduction, product Re-Formulation, Cost Saving Initiatives, Business Continuity Projects and others. She/He will lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects starting from the definition through to introduction into the market, with high interaction with the regional and global teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead different kind of projects (Product innovation, Product renovation, Support of Marketed Products) for local manufactured (different countries) and imported products - guarantees implementation on time, at cost, in compliance, with a flawless execution and supply reliability; - Build and prioritize project teams, delegates assignments, establishes accountability and deadlines to drive business results; - Keep management updated on project progress (schedule, cost and compliance), barriers to implementation and risk management, with the corresponding corrective actions and mitigation plan. - Develops plans for process improvement involving organizational change and development to achieve goals and objectives - Anticipates issues that may impede progress; - Lead and work within a cross-functional team environment to develop process improvement initiatives as well as establishing budgetary guidelines for multiple projects; - Conduct project lessons learned/risk assessments sessions and make respective process improvement connections; - Manage cross-functional teams responsible for the successful completion of multiple product development projects. **What We Are Looking For** Required Qualifications - College degree - English (intermdediate) is required - Portuguese (intermediate) is required - Written and verbal communication skills - Attention to details and problem-solving skills - Strong team working and relationship building skills - Project management experience is required Desired Qualifications - Knowledge in MS project is desirable - Experience in other SC areas is desirable. - Project Management Certification is desirable **What’s In It For You** - Competitive Benefit Package - Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More! - Learning & Development Opportunities - Employee Resource Groups Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
