We’re currently seeking a Logistics Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support our post-sales operations. This is a customer service–oriented role with a strong emphasis on logistics and shipping knowledge. You’ll be responsible for handling follow-ups, tracking orders, and keeping clients updated about their shipments.
