What You’ll Do in This Role Be part of our team as a Junior Recruiter and play a vital role in supporting end-to-end recruitment activities—from sourcing talent and coordinating interviews to managing pipelines and learning the ropes of world-class recruitment. Job Snapshot Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CO Time) Work Setup: Onsite | Bogotá or Medellín What You’ll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support & Coordination - Review job requisitions and prepare job descriptions - Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments based on predefined criteria - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers - Administer tests, assessments, and reference checks ATS and Pipeline Management - Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Track application progress and generate standard recruitment reports - Ensure completeness and accuracy of digital applicant files Sourcing Assistance - Use LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify potential candidates - Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists to build strong talent pipelines - Conduct candidate outreach and follow-up communication Stakeholder Communication - Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers - Manage candidate communications including emails, updates, and interview preparations - Join recruitment planning meetings when needed Learning and Development - Observe and apply behavioral-based interviewing methods - Help develop pre-screening questions and assessments - Participate in ongoing learning of talent acquisition tools, workflows, and best practices Requirements What You’ll Bring to the Team: Qualifications - Up to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a relevant HR internship - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in final semesters) - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows (preferred but not required) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail - High level of integrity, confidentiality, and follow-through Benefits Why You’ll Love It Here: Perks - 5 days work week - Weekends off - 20 vacation days in total - Prepaid medicine - Fully-customized Emapta laptop and peripherals - Direct exposure to our clients - Career growth opportunities - Diverse and supportive work environment - Prime Office Locations - Bogotá and Medellin - Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more?
