If you have a solid understanding of APM solutions, cloud monitoring, and infrastructure observability, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team. Location: Hybrid, Colombia Language Requirement: Advanced English (80–95%) Must-Have Skills: - 2+ years of hands-on experience with AppDynamics and monitoring technologies - Strong understanding of infrastructure and networking concepts, including data flows and protocols - Experience with cloud monitoring tools, preferably Azure Monitor / AppInsights - Familiarity with log ingestion technologies like ELK - Proficiency with application or network trace analysis tools (ThousandEyes, Wireshark) - Experience with synthetic testing tools such as HPE Quality Center, HPE Performance Center, Selenium - Scripting skills in Python - Experience working with AIOps and ITSM tools (e.g., ScienceLogic, ServiceNow) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams - Strong written and verbal communication skills Key Responsibilities: - Support the deployment and configuration of AppDynamics agents to monitor Chubb applications - Manage daily operations of the ScienceLogic (SL1) platform for hardware monitoring of on-prem devices - Collaborate with development and support teams to build performance dashboards and health checks - Analyze application code changes and adjust monitoring configurations accordingly - Integrate alerts into Service Desk incident systems and the CMDB - Drive deliverables alongside Observability and SRE teams to meet portfolio objectives - Monitor application performance with a focus on SLOs and post-deployment behavior - Use diagnostics tools to detect performance anomalies and work cross-functionally to resolve them - Participate in change and incident management processes - Identify monitoring gaps and provide recommendations to enhance observability If you are passionate about observability, performance monitoring, and improving system reliability, we’d love to hear from you.
