Job Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global hematology efforts. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to support the growth and success of our business. Your expertise in clinical trials, regulatory requirements, and medical affairs will enable you to make significant contributions to our organization. Responsibilities - Develop and implement global hematology strategies to drive business growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of medical affairs initiatives - Provide expert guidance on clinical trials, regulatory requirements, and medical affairs best practices - Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investigators, regulators, and other experts Requirements - Advanced degree (MD, PhD, DO) with relevant therapeutic specialty experience highly preferred - Completion of residency and/or fellowship is desirable - Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or academia, with a strong background in hematology - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a global team environment
