Job Requirements Profile: Technical or professional education in systems engineering or related fields, with experience in platform administration to support the configuration, operation, and monitoring of cloud environments—primarily Microsoft Azure and multicloud solutions. Required skills: Experience in administration of Microsoft Azure and/or multicloud platforms. Basic usage of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform. Understanding of monitoring, alerts, logs, and familiarity with tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, Datadog, or similar. General knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Familiarity with networking, security concepts, and basic cloud architecture. Understanding of basic ITSM processes (incident, change, and ticket management), ideally using tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar.
