Experience and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer, focusing on web applications. - Proficiency in Java and the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC). - Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of ORM frameworks such as Hibernate. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Excellent communication skills — fluent in English (verbal and written). - Organized and analytical working style with the ability to plan your own work. - Initiative and drive to excel.
